Health Safety & Environment Policy Statement

Eddies Bobcat Excavator and Construction Service is a fully establish company, registered at lot 83 Old Road Eccles, East Bank Demerara, Guyana providing Machinery Rentals and Civil Construction Works.

Eddies Bobcat Excavator and Construction Service is committed to the prevention of injury and ill health to its employees and minimizing the impact to the Environment.

In fulfillment this commitment, to protect people properly and the environment Eddies Bobcat will comply as much as is reasonably practicable with legislative requirements as well as industry and other standards to which our company subscribes.

We recognize that health safety and environment we must have a competent work force and shall provide the relevant opportunities for the development of our workers and also that they are made aware of the OHS guidelines and obligations to ensure our customers remains top priority.

Ethical Policy Statement

EBECS operates its business in accordance with a number of general principles which are set out in this Ethical Conduct Policy, the purpose of these principles is to support the development of a sound and successful business which respect the needs of our customers employees and other people affected by our activities.

We comply with all the legal requirements applicable in bidding for new business and implementing projects once they have been awarded and in the general operation of the company. EBECS abides by the Laws of the Republic of Guyana.
